Welcome to Private Home Cleaning. By accessing our website (privatehomecleaning.com), requesting an estimate, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Private Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Luxury Estate Cleaning
- Condo & High-Rise Cleaning
- Deep & Spring Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Services
- Recurring Maintenance Cleaning
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS/Text)
By providing your phone number to Private Home Cleaning, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages are strictly transactional and administrative in nature.
A. Program Description
We use text messaging to coordinate your service. Examples of messages you may receive include:
- "Your cleaning crew is en route."
- "We have received your request for an estimate."
- "Reminder: Your cleaning is scheduled for tomorrow."
- "Your personalized cleaning profile has been updated."
B. Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interaction with us. You will typically only receive messages when you have an active appointment or inquiry.
C. Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Private Home Cleaning does not charge a separate fee for this service.
D. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or contact us directly.
E. Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
F. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided via our website or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after a Manager Walkthrough or upon the creation of your "Personalized Cleaning Profile." We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home differs significantly from the initial description.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We reserve a specific time slot for your home. We respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate our team members for their lost time.
5. Liability & Damage
We treat your home with the utmost care and "Precision." We are fully licensed and insured.
- Breakage: In the rare event of accidental damage, we will notify you immediately. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item.
- Delicate Items: Please notify us during your onboarding if there are items that are exceptionally fragile or irreplaceable (e.g., heirlooms) so we can note them in your profile to be skipped or handled with specific protocols.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
